IATF 16949 defines the quality management system of the automotive industry. This standard was developed by the “International Automotive Task Force”, or IATF for short. The latest IATF 16949: 2016 edition replaces ISO / TS 16949. This industry-specific standard has a consistent customer focus and replaces ISO / TS 16949.
